The Institute for Conflict Management or South Asia Analysis Group

The Institute for Conflict Management or South Asia Analysis Group is a double named organization headed by Dr. Ajai Sahni, a former ABVP activist of Delhi University. ABVP is the student organization of the infamous Hindu fascist group, RSS.

The governing council of the organization includes Mr. Chandan Mitra, a hindutva media man who edits and publish the The Pioneer News Paper, which was took over by Hindutva groups.

Mr. K.P.S. Gill, former Director General of Police of Punjab is the President of this institution. He is more known as "Butcher of Punjab" due to his extra judicial killing history in Punjab. For more details, visit http://www.ensaaf.org/docs/gillpetition.php

A businessman with interests in legal and illegal trade of weapons, Mr. H.S. Kharbanda is the treasurer of this institution.

Mrs. Rani Bloeria, member

Ms Rani Gargi Bloeria, is the wife of former Chief Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir, Dr Sudhir S Bloeria. He is a soldier-turned-bureaucrat who served as additional secretary (Kashmir Affairs) in the Union home ministry prior to his appointment as enforcement director. In fact his wife represents him in the organization. In 2005, Ms. Rani Gargi Bloeria elected as the Deputy Mayor of Jammu Municipality along with BJP candidate Shri Kavinder Gupta as the Mayor! It proves her proximity with Hindutva forces even though she represent India's secularist party, Indian National Congress.

Another member, Prof. George Jacob, is a career academician with links with Australian corporates and neo cons.
